The event was held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
The words “Coney Island” immediately evoke an image of a fun, noisy, magical amusement park. Originally named “Luna Park” (Coney Island is really the name of the neighborhood) this iconic location on the Brooklyn boardwalk has been delighting young and old alike for over a hundred years. Although the amusement area of the park is now much smaller than it once was, it is still a great place to have fun and make great images. There is also the beach and the boardwalk, as well as the New York Aquarium nearby. A hot dog at Nathan’s is a must.
This will be an afternoon/evening bus trip, timed so that we can be there in the golden hour of the afternoon and after dark, when the lights all come on.
Our Krapf’s bus will pick us up at Stetson Middle School at 3:30 pm. We will arrive at Coney Island at 6:00 pm. Sunset is at 8:29. We depart at 10:00 pm.
The cost for this trip will be $60 per person.
