MEETING NOTES - NOVEMBER 20, 2019

Choir Room ~ Westminster Presbyterian Church

 

MEETING ~ Howard Sundwall, president,called the meeting to order. 

Howard welcomed the members and asked visitors to introduce themselves. 

Howard reminded members of the upcoming Holiday Party which will be held Dec 10 which is a Tuesday, at Uptown Knauer on High Street in West Chester.  Spouses or a guest are welcome. An Evite went out to Ginia, so please respond if you have not yet done so,

Jim Wilson, Workshop Chair, reported that the iPhone Creativity Workshop went very well, and he thanked the presenter Fiona Keyes and workshop coordinator Connie Snyder for doing a great job.  The next workshop will be Indoor Creativity, led by Jim and Betsy Wilson.  It will be held Feb 1 at Messiah Lutheran Church in Downingtown.  An email will be sent out mid-December asking for members to reserve a spot.  Attendance will be limited.

Dean Grantham reminded everyone about the next two club outings - This coming Saturday to the Philadelphia Zoo, and Dec 8 to the Strassburg Railroad Museum.

Howard mentioned that this is the last regular meeting until next year, so please check the website and look for the next newsletter to stay informed of club activities.

Past-President Bob Kelly let the group know that he is starting to work on the slate of officers for next year.  He will be looking for a new President, Treasurer and Secretary, so anyone interested in running for these positions should contact Bob.

Bob Kelly introduced tonight's judge, Jim Graham.
